			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people are wondering what is causing their fatigue and why are they so tired.  Fatigue is one of the most common complaints that people have.  <span id="more-323"></span>In this hectic world we live in, exhaustion will likely continue.   Fatigue is not a natural state.  Children and animals don’t suffer from fatigue.  When they are tired, they sleep and awaken renewed and fresh.</p>
<p>Adults drive themselves too hard and resist the natural biological cycle of resting and activity.  In order to banish our fatigue, we must get back in tune with nature and back to a mind and body system of health.</p>
<p>One of the major causes of fatigue is our diet.  Your energy can be increased by eating pure fresh foods instead of processed foods.  Energy foods include fresh fruits and lightly cooked vegetables, whole grains, and dried beans.</p>
<p>Foods that deplete energy are red meat, cheese, alcohol, coffee and canned foods.</p>
<p>Poor digestion can also cause fatigue.  Instead of eating large meals, break them into five or six smaller meals.  Chew your food thoroughly and eat slowly.</p>
<p>It is important to reduce stress as much as possible.  It drains the body of energy and causes it to function less effectively.  Daily meditation for 15 to 30 minutes a day is recommended.</p>
<p>Strenuous exercise is creating an epidemic of exhaustion.  People are pushing themselves too hard which is resulting in long lasting fatigue.  You should be exercising in moderation.  Twenty to thirty minutes a day of moderate exercise will give you maximum energy.</p>
<p>Try to maintain the same routine every day &#8211; getting up at the same time, eating at the same times, exercising at the same time, and going to bed at the same time.  If you have trouble falling asleep, just rest quietly with your eyes closed, clear your mind and avoid thinking about any problems.  Visualize yourself in a relaxing, peaceful situation &#8211; such as sitting on the beach listening to the waves.</p>
<p>Have more joy in your life; it is a natural energizer.  When you are having fun, you are never fatigued.  Studies show that eighty percent of people suffering from chronic fatigue are also suffering from depression or anxiety.  Take notice of even the small things in life that bring you joy.  Enjoy living a balanced life.</p>
<p>Practice thinking only positive thoughts and push negative thoughts aside.  Don’t dwell on negativity.</p>
<p>Once you conquer these causes of fatigue you should be energized and not so tired all the time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This will help you learn how to overcome financial stress and fears.  The greatest fear that is affecting most people right now is their financial situation.  <span id="more-216"></span>The stress of our dwindling retirement accounts, fear of losing our jobs and houses is consuming our nation.  So many of us are terrified,  extremely stressed and unsure of what is going to happen to us.</p>
<p>Watching the news makes this stress and fear even worse.  It is downright depressing.  You should limit your viewing of the news; it only creates more fear.  Instead try to watch sitcoms, funny movies, westerns, and romance movies &#8211; they will lift your spirits.</p>
<p>To put it all in perspective, think about what you fear the most about your situation.  Figure out what you can change and what can not be changed.  Go ahead and start making the changes that you can and don’t worry about the other things that you can’t change.  Oh yeah, right!  How do I not worry about them?</p>
<p>Well, consider this; does your worrying ever change anything?  No, of course it never does.   So why worry?   This is something you need to keep telling yourself over and over again.  Worrying does not help and it definitely does not change anything.</p>
<p>When you find yourself starting to worry, remind yourself of this and think of something positive.  <em><strong><a href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635">Visualize</a> </strong></em>doing something that you enjoy or picture a relaxing scene &#8211; a sailboat gliding across the water &#8211; anything that makes you <a href="http://www.thinkrightnow.com/cmd.asp?af=954675"><em><strong>feel happy</strong></em></a>.  It is hard to do at first, but the more you practice, the more your subconscious mind receives the message that you do not want this stress and fear in your mind.  It does become easier.</p>

They live the longest and are among the healthiest people in the world. <span id="more-147"></span> They have much less cancer, bone fractures and heart disease than people in other countries.</p>
<p>So what are the secrets that make them healthier?  The following are the most important factors :</p>
<p>Okinawans have a much slower paced life style.  We live in a rush &#8211; rush society which is generally fast paced, hectic and stressful.   We need to learn to slow down and reduce stress.  Stress causes your body to secrete cortisol and other stress hormones that damage the heart and blood vessels and also causes bone loss.  Deep breathing and <strong><a title="Free Meditation Audio" href="http://www.supermindevolutionsystem.com/store/?11116" target="_self">meditation</a></strong> are very helpful and should be practiced on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Okinawans eat a low calorie <strong><a title="Lose Weight" href="http://lifessides.fatsecret.hop.clickbank.net" target="_self">diet</a></strong>.  They consume about 1900 calories a day.  Their diet is mainly plant based and consists of sweet potatoes, soy based foods, fruits, grains and vegetables.  A plant based diet is high in fiber, which reduces cholesterol and lowers the risk of diabetes, breast cancer and heart disease.  They also eat a small amount of fish and infrequently they may eat pork.  Their food is normally cooked in a wok with a small amount of canola oil.  Since their diet is low in fat and calories, they maintain a healthy weight.  Obesity is rare, although the younger generation of Okinawans who are eating a more Westernized diet are starting to become more obese.</p>
<p>They drink about three cups of jasmine tea every day.  Jasmine tea has more antioxidants than black tea.  This may reduce the risk for heart disease and some cancers.</p>
<p>The Okinawans combine aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises.  They practice martial arts and a traditional dance that is like tai chi.  All three types of exercise are important to your health.</p>
<p>Socializing and <strong><a href="http://www.subconscious-secrets.com/affinc/pro.php?id=10071">spirituality</a></strong> is an important part of their lifestyle.  People who have active social and spiritual networks live longer and are less likely to get sick.  They look out for one another and help their neighbors.</p>
<p>These findings apply to the elderly generation of Okinawans; the younger generation is becoming more Westernized and less healthy.</p>
<p>If we can make just a few changes in our lifestyle, we can also live a longer, healthier and a more balanced life.<br />
