			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here are two easy ways to improve your life.  Incorporate them now and change your life forever. <span id="more-256"></span>Can a few kind words or a quick smile make a difference in someone’s life?  If you smile at someone and they smile back, could that change their mood?  Could it change your mood?  There are so many ways that we can help other people; some of them are just small gestures.  If we all would make a conscious effort to try and help one another and be more kind to each other, think what a wonderful world this would be.  We could improve everyone&#8217;s life.</p>
<p>I am always amazed at the number of people that will walk right by me without acknowledging me at all.  How much of an effort does it take to say hello or nod your head or smile?  Some people will even look away when they see you coming.</p>
<p>When you smile or say hello, it not only makes the other person<em><strong> <a href="http://www.thinkrightnow.com/cmd.asp?af=954675">feel better</a></strong></em>, it also makes you feel better.  We are all universally connected, and when you ignore this connection you are alienating yourself.  People don’t realize that these little connections with others keep us from feeling we are alone in this world.  We feel a kinship with the universe and the human race each time we connect with someone.</p>
<p>Make it your <em><strong><a href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635">goal</a></strong></em> every day, to acknowledge as many people as possible.  Some may not speak back to you, but at least you tried.  Start up conversations in the grocery store when you’re standing in line &#8211; don’t just ignore people when you are standing next to them.  Make the connection!  I guarantee it will improve your<em><strong> <a href="http://www.theselfesteemsystem.com/1/7steps/?a_aid=04509ae3">self esteem</a></strong></em> and make you a happier person.</p>
<p>Doing little things for people &#8211; opening a door for someone, picking up something they dropped, or any small gesture will also make you feel better.  Any help that you can give another person will increase your self worth.   If you see someone that needs help, however small, reach out and help them.  Don’t look the other way.</p>
<p>If all of us would make an effort to connect with others, it would have a huge impact on the world.  Do your part to make this a better world and make a commitment to connect with your fellow man.  Start living a balanced life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This will help you learn how to overcome financial stress and fears.  The greatest fear that is affecting most people right now is their financial situation.  <span id="more-216"></span>The stress of our dwindling retirement accounts, fear of losing our jobs and houses is consuming our nation.  So many of us are terrified,  extremely stressed and unsure of what is going to happen to us.</p>
<p>Watching the news makes this stress and fear even worse.  It is downright depressing.  You should limit your viewing of the news; it only creates more fear.  Instead try to watch sitcoms, funny movies, westerns, and romance movies &#8211; they will lift your spirits.</p>
<p>To put it all in perspective, think about what you fear the most about your situation.  Figure out what you can change and what can not be changed.  Go ahead and start making the changes that you can and don’t worry about the other things that you can’t change.  Oh yeah, right!  How do I not worry about them?</p>
<p>Well, consider this; does your worrying ever change anything?  No, of course it never does.   So why worry?   This is something you need to keep telling yourself over and over again.  Worrying does not help and it definitely does not change anything.</p>
<p>When you find yourself starting to worry, remind yourself of this and think of something positive.  <em><strong><a href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635">Visualize</a> </strong></em>doing something that you enjoy or picture a relaxing scene &#8211; a sailboat gliding across the water &#8211; anything that makes you <a href="http://www.thinkrightnow.com/cmd.asp?af=954675"><em><strong>feel happy</strong></em></a>.  It is hard to do at first, but the more you practice, the more your subconscious mind receives the message that you do not want this stress and fear in your mind.  It does become easier.</p>

<p><span id="more-201"></span>The first step is to ask for what you want.  How do you ask?  You ask by verbalizing your desires and also by visualizing yourself as having it already.  You must really and truly want what you are asking for.   Don’t just ask for something that you think would be nice to have.  Ask for what you long to have &#8211; your hearts desire.   <em><strong><a href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635">Visualize</a></strong></em> all of the details and how you are feeling when you have it.</p>
<p>The second step is to believe that you will receive what you have asked for.  Don’t ask for something that you don’t believe you can&#8221; have.  It must be believable to you.  You must believe that it is on it’s way to you.  Act like it is yours already.</p>
<p>You must also believe that the <em><strong><a href="http://www.subconscious-secrets.com/affinc/pro.php?id=10071">Law of Attraction</a></strong></em> is true.  Ask yourself &#8211; do I really believe in the Law of Attraction?  Either you do believe or you don’t &#8211; there is no in between.  Sometimes people say that they will try it and see if it works.  It probably won’t.  You must have 100% belief that it does work.   This is where most people run into problems with making the Law of Attraction work.  They only half heartedly believe that it really works.</p>
<p>The third step is to receive.  You must be open to receiving what you have asked for.  There will be circumstances that will arise which will lead you to your desire.  You must listen to your subconscious mind and don’t miss opportunities.  If you have a feeling you should go somewhere or do something &#8211; you need to act on it.  You can’t just sit back and expect everything to come right to you.  You must take some action to receive it.  Many people miss an opportunity to meet someone or miss a situation which would lead them to their desire, just because they ignore a feeling that they have.  You need to be more in tune with your <em><strong><a href="http://www.intuitionzone.com/?hop=lifessides">intuition</a></strong></em>.  Your subconscious mind will help you get there, if you just listen.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So many of us are asking <strong>How Can I Be Happier</strong>?  It&#8217;s not as difficult as you might think.  <span id="more-127"></span>In order to be happier, we have to define what happiness is.  I was very surprised when I looked “happiness” up in the dictionary.   The first definition was “good fortune : prosperity”; the second was “a<a title="State of Well Being " href="http://www.supermindevolutionsystem.com/store/?11116" target="_self"> <strong>state of well being</strong></a> and contentment : joy”; the third was “a pleasurable or satisfying experience”.</p>
<p>Many people think that they are unhappy because they don’t have a lot of money.  Although it does make your life easier, money does not make you happier.  Happiness is inside you not outside.  You are the only one that controls your happiness.</p>
<p>The people that are the happiest are the ones that surround themselves with friends and family.  They have active lives and stay busy.  When you are busy doing something you enjoy the day flies by and you don’t have time to worry or think about being unhappy.  Try to become involved in activities or hobbies that you enjoy doing.</p>
<p>Another important aspect to happiness is your job.  You spend a big part of your life at your job.  If you are miserable at work, your whole life can be miserable.  I know you can’t just up and quit your job because it makes you unhappy.  What you can do is to start doing what you enjoy on a part time basis.  If you have a hobby that brings you joy, see if you can turn it into a business.  The saying “Do what you love and the money will follow” can be true.</p>
<p>A question to ask yourself is &#8211; what will make me happy?  Many people don’t know the answer to this.  They know they are unhappy but they don’t know what will make them happy.</p>
<p>What I want you to do is to image how your day would be if you were 100 percent happy.  Sit down, close your eyes and visualize it.  Start with waking up in the morning and go through your whole day doing everything that would make you happy.  <strong><a title="Visualization With A Vision Board" href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635" target="_self">Visualize</a></strong> your perfect day.</p>
<p>From now on, your goal in life is to make that <strong><a title="Visualization With A Vision Board" href="http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=476635" target="_self">visualization</a></strong> come true.  You were made to be happy.  Do everything you can to make it so.  Live a balanced life.</p>
<p>Think of this visualization every day and use your<strong> <a title="Intuition Zone" href="http://www.intuitionzone.com/?hop=lifessides" target="_self">intuition</a></strong> to guide you in the right direction.   Sometimes we ignore our <strong><a title="Intuition Zone" href="http://www.intuitionzone.com/?hop=lifessides" target="_self">intuition</a> </strong>and miss opportunities that would benefit our goal of a balanced life.</p>
