How Can I Lose Weight Without Dieting?

It’s time to get your life back and stop worrying about your weight.  If you’re like me, as soon as you think about starting a diet, you get a killer appetite and want to eat everything in sight.  It must be some kind of survival instinct that sets in when your mind doesn’t think it’s going to get enough to eat.    I have tried all the fad diets, and you probably have too – I lost weight with some of them, but I always gained it back when I went off the diet.  I lost 40 pounds with Atkins, but gained it right back.  So obviously dieting is not the key to losing weight.

So what  is the solution if it’s not dieting?   I have come across a very new technology called Dream Programming. With dream programming you simply listen to an MP3 at night when you go to bed.  The voice on the audio repeats affirmations which communicate to your subconscious mind while you sleep.  This controls your dreams and helps your subconscious mind to help you lose weight.

Along with listening to the audios at night, I have also found it effective to visualize yourself as being thin.  I picture each part of my body (arms, legs, waist, stomach) and visualize what it will look like thin.  I also put an old picture of me, when I was thin, on my desk.
